
The Siyakhula Computer School provides Affordable, Accessible, and High Quality computer literacy training to individuals from historically disadvantaged communities. The computer school operates as a locally owned (and managed) social enterprise creating sustainable employment by utilising traditional business methodologies to meet the very real social need for low-cost high-quality IT training.
Objective 1: Establish sustainable and replicable solutions to the low levels of computer literacy in impoverished communities.
Objective 2: Improve the employability prospects of students who utilise end-user computer literacy skills as a stepping stone towards further employment, learnership and/or employment opportunities.
