SEF fully supports the growing grassroots campaign for:
1 School, 1 Library, 1 Librarian
Currently only 8% of ordinary public schools in this country have functioning libraries. SEF wholeheartedly endorses the position of Equal Education (and partners) to bring pressure to bear on government to implement a National Policy on Libraries that delivers on the demand for 1 school, 1 library, 1 librarian.
