SEF’s core competency is execution and more specifically, grassroots execution of programmes that balance the many and varying complexities of the developmental context in order to deliver real social value and provide the very tools necessary for improving the prevailing circumstances
SEF’s target beneficiary group is impoverished communities, individuals and those who are excluded from playing any meaningful or active role in the mainstream economy. Typically if these communities and individuals do not receive any additional support then the opportunities available to them remain extremely limited.
