As per the dictates of the Companies Act and the legal responsibilities of an association incorporated under Section 21 of the Companies Act the board provides oversight and accepts fiduciary responsibility for the organisation. SEF and all its projects are fully compliant with the administrative and financial requirements of the Non-profit directorate, the companies act, SARS and subscribe to the NPO’s code of good practice.
