SEF’s core competency is execution and more specifically, grassroots execution of programmes that balance the many and varying complexities of the developmental context in order to deliver real social value and provide the very tools necessary for improving the prevailing circumstances

SEF’s target group is impoverished communities and individuals who inevitably receive a distinctly substandard education due to their socio-economic circumstances and as a result are excluded from any meaningful or active role in the mainstream economy. Typically if these communities and individuals do not receive any additional support then the opportunities available to them are extremely limited.
