SEF is a continuously evolving entity working (in our own small way) towards the permanent eradication of poverty throughout the world. SEF works with individuals, organisations and communities that are delivering – or have the potential to deliver – real, measurable, sustainable social value.
SEF is a pragmatic organisation acting as a catalyst for systemic change in the economic, educational, cultural, political and social institutions that impact negatively on impoverished individuals. We have a head for effective and sustainable solutions and a heart for real and measurable grassroots social improvement.
SEF was founded by a couple would-be social entrepreneurs in search of opportunities to direct their collective energies into something that would result in tangible positive social change. Since inception, SEF has been about finding, creating, implementing and supporting effective and replicable initiatives contributing towards the empowerment of their communities within a sustainable development framework.
