		<description>Would it not be in-line with government policy of encouraging the usage of Free Open Source Software (FOSS) in the RSA if student were also taught in this media. The RSA government has an abandance of skills in proprietry software (microsoft, novell,IBM,etc.) but very little in FOSS and as such has found it challenging to migrate to FOSS. My view is that if new users were trained in FOSS i.e. those not already indoctrinated by propriety software, this could create better employment opportunities during the migration of RSA to FOSS.</description>
